You will need your company's incorporation documents, proof of business address, ownership and control structure, and certified ID and proof of address for directors and ultimate beneficial owners. Yes. Settled serves businesses worldwide, subject to regulatory compliance and our risk assessment. Wherever you're incorporated, you get dedicated IBANs and the ability to send and receive euro payments across the SEPA zone and reach 190+ countries via SWIFT.

Yes. Every Settled account comes with dedicated Maltese and EU IBANs issued in your company's name, so settlement is clean and clearly attributed, with no shared or pooled account numbers. You can add accounts with their own dedicated IBANs as your business grows.
You can hold, receive and convert 12+ currencies from a single dashboard, including EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, CHF, AUD, CAD, NZD, SGD, HKD and TRY. Add new currencies to your account for free, whenever you need them.
Yes. You can add multiple users and assign roles and permissions to match how your finance team works, for example separating who can create a payment from who approves it. Adding users after setup is free.
It depends on your plan. Basic and Plus include one multi-currency account, and Premium includes two. If you need more structure, you can add an account with its own dedicated IBAN for a one-time fee of €150. Internal transfers between any of your Settled accounts are always free and instant.
SEPA and SEPA Instant for euro payments across the SEPA zone, and SWIFT for transfers to 190+ countries worldwide. You can save beneficiaries and templates to pay recurring partners in a tap, and internal Settled-to-Settled transfers are free and settle in real time.
SEPA Instant payments often arrive within seconds, and standard SEPA within one business day. SWIFT transfers take one to three business days depending on the destination bank and country. We track every transfer, so you know where your money is.
SEPA in and out is 0.1% (minimum €2), and SWIFT in and out is 0.15% (minimum €15). FX on majority currencies is 1% (0.75% on Premium) and 4% on exotic currencies (3% on Premium). Internal transfers between your Settled accounts are free. The majority currencies are EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, CHF, AUD, CAD, NZD, SGD, HKD and TRY; everything else counts as exotic.
Yes. Settled supports batch payouts, so you can pay many beneficiaries in one flow. This suits payroll, supplier runs and partner settlements. Review, confirm and send, with full visibility on every transaction.
Both virtual and physical Visa Business cards. Spin up virtual cards in seconds for projects, vendors or subscriptions, and order physical cards for your team. Set per-card limits, freeze and unfreeze in a tap, and get live transaction alerts.
Basic includes one free virtual card; Plus includes three virtual cards plus one physical card; Premium includes five virtual cards plus two physical cards. All included cards come with free standard delivery, and you can issue more cards whenever you need them.
Beyond your included cards, physical card issuance is €15 and virtual is €3, with a monthly fee of €10 per physical card and €3 per virtual card. ATM withdrawals are €3 (plus 3% outside the EEA/UK), and the FX fee on card transactions is 3%. See the schedule of fees for delivery and ad-hoc charges.
Settled cards are accepted everywhere Visa is. Tap to pay across the EU/EEA and beyond, in local currency. If a card is lost or stolen, freeze it from the app or web banking and order a replacement in a few taps.
Yes. Settled Ltd, based in the Central Business District, Birkirkara, Malta, is authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) as a financial institution under the Financial Institutions Act (Cap. 376 of the Laws of Malta), and is passported across the EU/EEA.
We apply strong customer authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, and continuous monitoring for fraud and suspicious activity. Card controls like per-card limits, instant freeze and real-time alerts give you and your finance team another layer of protection.
As a regulated financial institution we must verify every business and the people behind it through know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks. This protects you, us and the wider financial system, and it is why we may request updated documents through ongoing due diligence.
